Lou’s Bangin’ Pancakes

Ready for a 100% Healthy pancake alternative? Follow these simple instructions for a clean, filling and healthy breakfast.

Ingerdients
1 Whole Egg
3 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Plain Oatmeal Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Few Dashes of Cinnamon to taste
1 Packet (few dashes) of Splenda (optional)
Sugar Free Syrup
1 Gala Apple (optional)

Directions
In blender, mix, 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup quaker oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon and splenda. Blend until completely smooth.
Slice apple into very thin pieces. (optional)

Let pan heat up first. Once hot, spray with nonfat cooking spray such as PAM.

Pour 1/8 cup of batter per pancakes and lie sliced apples over. Cook until brown and flip.

Top with sugar free syrup and enjoy! Taste is much different than a traditional pancake, but they are very good.
